We run seven converted horseboxes, both equipped with either 2 or 3 RoccBox ovens capable of producing up to 100 made to order pizzas per hour, and since we launched have served over 100,000 pizzas.
We have boxes based in Shropshire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire and Surrey.
We produce a bespoke menu that reflects exactly what you and your guests would like - there are many examples on our website and social media. Our dough is made with a sourdough starter "born" in 1903 and fed by generations of the same family ever since. The only other ingredients is Caputo flour imported from Italy, purified water, and a pinch of salt.
The pizzas are 11 inches and are Neapolitan style - they will certainly feed a hungry adult. We can provide vegetarian, vegan and vegan pizza, so no one goes hungry!
