Established reputation as a private caterer which began in 1992. I am passionate about food and have catered for exclusive lunches, dinner parties and events, including weddings and christenings, with high profile, executive, Royalty and celebrity guests here in London and New York.
Author of Claire’s Kitchen; rated in the top 10 cookbooks of 2011 by the London Evening Standard. Project managed the entire self-publishing lifecycle from artistic direction to hiring skilled art director, editor and photographer.
Assisted in the running of culinary masterclasses at the coveted Divertimenti cooking school. Now runs regular private cooking lessons and demonstrations, by appointment only.
Directed catering for events where guests included CEO of high street banking brand, government officials, television and film celebrities, and the most senior members of the church.
Other highlights: Asprey art opening (2015) for 200 guests; Ascot wedding (2013) for 120 guests; private game shoots in Andalucía, Spain, for three consecutive years (1995 – 1998); major fashion house events, including Dior (New York, 2004); Conde Nast travel event held in Temple of Dendur at Metropolitan Museum of Art (New York, 2004) for 300 guests.
