Rockabilly Chilli

Established by brothers Jules and Steve, Rockabilly Chilli operates from an American imported 6L V8 Chevy, serving slow cooked chilli using top quality beef, vegetables and home grown chillies. Our first street food truck was Shakey’s Diner, after 2 years we realised that our regular customers frequently returned for the chilli cheese dog or the chilli burger – we took pride in making this product, slow cooking it each day for every event. We decided with another season of research and testing we could launch Rockabilly Chilli with the knowledge of having a specialist market leading product offering.

We now also have a splendid vegan mushroom chilli, our chillis can be eaten 4 ways - with fluffy rice, our gourmet chilli cheese dog, our dirty chilli nachos or our wholesome chilli burger.
