I founded Bombshell Bakes in November 2018 and it has been an amazing journey so far, meeting amazing people and winning multiple awards and medals in Sugar art and Baking.

I first started out with a passion for sculpted cakes and models, which lead to me leaving my day job and returning to college to study Patisserie and Confectionery for 2 years, and gave me the impetus to turn hard work and inspiration into my own custom cake business.
​
My highlights so far professionally have been in 2019 I appeared on and won, Kirstie’s Handmade Christmas’ ‘Best decorated Christmas cake’, on Channel 4.
In 2020 I was nominated as one of the top 4 bakers in the UK, and placed 1st in London for my Chocolate Overload Cake by esteemed judges Cherish Finden, Will Torrent, Kathryn Cuthbertson MVO & Sarah Frankland.

I now serve clients all over England, providing cakes and bakes for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, corporate events and every celebration inbetween.
